SERVICE AGREEMENT
MARRIAGE AGENCY

_____________________, hereinafter referred to as the MARRIAGE AGENCY, represented by _____________________________, acting on the basis of ______________ and __________________, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT, have concluded this agreement as follows:


1. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT.

1.1. The CLIENT instructs, and the MARRIAGE AGENCY undertakes to provide the CLIENT with services for the selection of suitable candidates for the role of a potential bride, in accordance with his wishes and the capabilities of the agency's base.
Within the framework of this agreement, at the discretion of the MARRIAGE AGENCY, the following services can be provided:
 placement of client data in the catalog and on the agency's website (optional) according to the degree of confidentiality;
 selection of candidates, taking into account all the requirements and wishes of the client when looking for a partner;
 distribution of information about the client to potential partners, taking into account his confidentiality;
 sending photos to the client by e-mail, suitable candidates (with the prior consent of the clients);
 presentation to the client of candidates interested in getting to know him.
1.2. The MARRIAGE AGENCY does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the CLIENT, however, in case of unreliability of the information, it reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services to the CLIENT, without refunding the payment for the services.
1.3. The CLIENT undertakes to timely and fully pay for the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY specified in clause 1.1.
1.4. A client of the agency can be a citizen of the Russian Federation or a foreign citizen who has reached the age of 21.
1.5. The client must not be married.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES.

2.1. The MARRIAGE AGENCY undertakes to perform the following actions in the interests of the Client:
 Discuss in detail with the Client the desired qualities of character and physical data of suitable candidates;
 provide services of a psychologist to work out the client's issues related to relationships (at the request of the CLIENT);
 to recommend candidates suitable for the Client for acquaintance (in case of concurrence of wishes);
 represent the Client to interested candidates;
 conduct a search for candidates that meet the wishes of the Client by placing advertisements for services in specialized media and the Internet;
 to represent to the Client the candidates interested in acquaintance with him;
 advise the Client (by phone and other instant messengers Whats App, Telegram, e-mail) on his questions. No more than one call per day, lasting up to 30 minutes;
2.1.1 Addresses and phones of the Client without his consent are not transferred to other Clients even if they are interested in getting to know each other.
2.1.2. Contact information is provided only in case of mutual interest of the parties.
2.1.3. Timely provide the services indicated in clause 1.1. To search for candidates of the opposite sex who are interested in getting to know the Client and who meet the Client's wishes.

2.2. The CLIENT is responsible for the fulfillment of the following obligations:
2.2.1. Provide complete, reliable and up-to-date information about yourself (personal photographs, in case of changes in contact and other information, promptly notify the administration of the MARRIAGE AGENCY).
2.2.2. Provide such information correctly and completely filled out the questionnaire in Russian.
2.2.3. Adhere to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and International law, as well as independently bear responsibility for this. Do not use the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY for illegal actions.
2.2.4. Do not use the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY for the purpose of disseminating information that contains or can be regarded as:
- insult, threat;
- obscene information, vulgar, threatening;
- information intended for persons under the age of 18;
- information related to crimes, cruelty, elements of profanity;
- information that may result in negative consequences;
- information that affects the interests of third parties;
- information that prevents other CLIENTS from freely using the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY;
- information that violates the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3 MARRIAGE AGENCY has the right:
2.3.1. Use, with the consent of the CLIENT for advertising purposes, information about the CLIENT in case of a successful acquaintance.
2.3.2. Refuse services to the CLIENT if the information is not reliable or in doubt, the questionnaires are filled out improperly. Delete information about the CLIENT from the database of the MARRIAGE AGENCY if there are objective reasons to doubt its authenticity.
2.3.3. If necessary, require a copy of the identity of the CLIENT.
2.3.4. Provide any information about the CLIENT, as well as about the services provided to the CLIENT, when applying for it from the competent state authorities.
2.3.5. The MARRIAGE AGENCY is not obliged to carry out censorship regarding the data and information that the CLIENT receives in the course of service.

2.4. The CLIENT has the right to refuse the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY at any time, which entails the closure of access to all information about the CLIENT in the database of the MARRIAGE AGENCY to other CLIENTS of the MARRIAGE AGENCY, except for the information indicated in paragraph 2.3.1.

3. AGENCY WARRANTY

3.1. MARRIAGE AGENCY guarantees the provision of services in full and with proper quality.
3.2. The MARRIAGE AGENCY does not guarantee that the relationship with the candidates selected for the CLIENT will lead to marriage.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

4.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement, the MARRIAGE AGENCY and the CLIENT shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The MARRIAGE AGENCY is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by other CLIENTS, as well as for the results (consequences) of using the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY.
4.3. The Marriage Agency has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement without refunding the cost of services paid by the Client in case of receipt of information (complaints) from other Clients on:
• insult, threat;
• obscene information, vulgar, threatening;
• information related to crimes, cruelty, elements of profanity;
• information that may result in negative consequences;
• information that affects the interests of third parties;
• information that violates the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.4. In case of early termination of the contract due to the fault of the CLIENT, including due to the provision of false information, the cost of services paid by the CLIENT is not refundable.

5. SERVICE TERM.

5.1. The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the CLIENT's funds directed to the account or cash desk of the MARRIAGE AGENCY as payment by the CLIENT for the services of the MARRIAGE AGENCY.
The term for the provision of services within ______ months from the date of receipt of 100% prepayment.
5.2. If the contract is not extended within the period specified in clause 5.1, then it is considered to have completed its validity.

6. COST OF SERVICES OF A MARRIAGE AGENCY AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT.

6.1 The cost of services is __________________ rubles.
6.2. Payment procedure - 100% prepayment by any method not prohibited by law. In case of a non-cash form of payment, the Customer's obligation to pay for the cost of the Services is considered fulfilled from the moment the relevant funds are credited in the amount of 100% (One hundred percent) of the advance payment to the Contractor's account.

7. OTHER TERMS

7.1. Disputes and disagreements arising in the process of execution of this agreement will, if possible, be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
7.2. If it is impossible to resolve disagreements through negotiations, disputes are resolved in accordance with the judicial procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Any changes and additions to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the parties.
7.4. The Agreement is concluded in two original copies of equal legal force, one for each of the parties.
7.5. By signing this Agreement, the Client gives his consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by him upon signing this agreement. The Marriage Agency undertakes to use the Client's personal data solely for the stated purposes in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
